well, it looks like i STILL have no RSS feeds updating… And the few blogs that I have actually gone to and tried to comment on I have gotton error messeges. So sorry my friends if you have not heard from me! OH well.
If you didn’t see Oprah on Friday, try to somehow. It was probably the best Oprah I have ever seen. It was her town meeting format with Bill O’reilly on it. So people were able to ask him whatever they wanted.
Some new things I learned that added to my detest of the A.C.L.U.:
- the provide pro bono lawyer representation to NAMBLA (North American Man-Boy Love Association.) If you don’t know what that is you may never want to know. Basically it’s members are men that believe sexual affairs with young boys are okay…. I won’t go further. They are truly sick.
- (more debatable among you I’m sure). They defend the criminals in GITMO. Whether or not you agree with me on the GITMO situation… they aren’t americans so why is the supposed American Civil Liberties Union putting money toward these complete criminals that are largely treated better than criminals in most countries. (that are even citizens of that country!)
Okay, I really don’t want a GITMO debate, but if you don’t like my #2 point than just discard it and at least acknowledge the sickness of #1. I don’t think any one I know, though there political views may vary widely, will disagree with me that is pretty sickening. Make no mistake, they don’t care about our children as much as they care about the rights of perverts.
I have to get going. So much on my mind lately. Most of which I will keep to myself. Election time gets heated. I get sensitive. And it can be so divisive. But I still can’t change the passion with which I hold my beliefs. Still it is my passion and my difficulty in holding back that cause me to TRY and avoid posting too much during election season.
One thing we can probably all agree on. The terrible slandering, degrading commercials are getting old. Clean it up politicians, could you?

I was going to Tivo that Oprah and forgot! Grrr. I suppose it will be a rerun someday. I am horrified about the Pervert protection. HOW could ANYONE think providing free legal help to this group is a worthy cause. I realize they are citizens with rights . . . and they have the right to prison time for the wrongs they have committed to children and their families. We should all be working to end the abuse, not defend the abusers.

I have to be careful because I can get really scary when it comes to my beliefs. I totally understand your frustration just remember, at the end of the day it’s not worth wasting your precious energy on their garbage ridden lives. Give it to God, he knows what’s best.

thanks for your comments shannon (ryan) and pixie. And Missi (loving my life) You are right, it does come down to giving it to God. I think there is righteous anger sometimes… but in the end we need to do what we can and trust God who is in control of all things. Pray for the defenseless. And trust his vengence. I do think we have responsibility in these matters. But you are still very right.

I had no idea the ACLU represented NAMBLA!!! That is gross. On what grounds do they need the ACLU’s help? Why doesn’t the ACLU try something more productive, like representing NAMBLA’s victims.Now I dislike the ACLU even more!
